Golf social app, goolf, announces partnership with DP World Tour Player Connor Syme
goolf, the app which helps golfers find their ideal playing partners, have announced they are partnering with DP World Tour player Connor Syme. As part of goolf’s sponsorship, Syme will wear the goolf logo during tournaments across the 2023 season.
“I am thrilled to welcome Connor to the goolf family!” said Charlie Whitfield, Founder of goolf. “Our sole aim is to help more people, access, and enjoy the game we love, and to be working with Connor on this mission is incredibly exiting”.
“I’m excited to be involved with such a forward thinking company, especially in golf, as we both share the same vision of helping more people enjoy the sport, as well as growing it to wider audience too” said 26-year old Syme.
After a stellar amateur career, Connor joined the professional ranks seamlessly, landing his first professional victory at the Turkish Airlines Challenge in 2019, in just his second season as a professional, before graduating to the European Tour.
2022 was a stand out year for Connor, finishing in the Top 30 in the Race to Dubai, and he is now set for another amazing season on the DP World Tour, with a highlight this season being playing in The 151st Open Championship in July at Royal Liverpool.
